These Terms and Conditions govern access to hivemarkpress.com and the HiveMark print-production tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Business use and accounts
HiveMark is intended for print professionals and business users. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Company administrators are responsible for deciding who may access their organization’s workspace.
Free and premium services
Available features depend on the account tier. Free accounts may use the production Tools collection. Premium features may include Print Builder, company pricing, saved estimates, templates, substrates, processes, and related organization data. Features, limits, and prices may change as the service develops.
Acceptable use
You may use HiveMark only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass account controls, access another organization’s data, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use the tools to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Your content and company data
You retain responsibility for files and information you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that material and authorize HiveMark and its service providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Estimates and production results
Calculators, layouts, coil recommendations, coverage results, and estimates are planning aids. Results depend on the dimensions, rates, assumptions, equipment data, and other information entered by the user. Your company is responsible for verifying specifications, pricing, materials, equipment capability, and production requirements before quoting or producing a job.
Subscriptions and payments
If you select a paid service, applicable prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be presented during signup or ordering. Taxes may apply. Unless required otherwise by law or a written agreement, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
HiveMark Press and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, and related materials, excluding content submitted by users. These terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains authorized.
Third-party services
The service may rely on or link to third-party hosting, authentication, payment, file-processing, or other services. Their separate terms and policies may apply. HiveMark is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside its control.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts to protect users, data, or the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. HiveMark Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or unlawful activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
